Your dues support and pay for four daily security patrols in the winter and five daily security patrols in the summer.

Garage Door Policy

• HSS is not authorized to enter onto CCHN properties and try to close a member’s garage door by touching enter on the keypad.
• Call HSS if you see a neighbor’s garage door open.
• CCHN members may add their cell numbers to their profile, which will be given to HSS quarterly and called if they see your garage door open.
