Cherry Creek West Development Documents

Country Club Historic District Neighborhood, as a member of the Cherry Creek Steering Committee (“CCSC”), along with other Cherry Creek Area Registered Neighborhood Organizations, have entered into a Development and Community Benefit Agreement regarding the Cherry Creek West development of the 13 acre parcel of property located at the corner of 1st Avenue and University (the “Property”).
